- The Netherlands, United States of America, Brazil, Mexico, Kenya, Uzbekistan, Egypt, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Turkey, China, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, Malaysia, Uganda, Sweden, Switzerlandn, Canada and several others.
- During 1997 travelled to The Netherlands, The United Kingdom and Germany on a study tour accompanying the group of 10 Heads of the Groundwater Departments of various State Governments involved in the National Hydrology Project funded by the World Bank and Government of The Netherlands. The purpose of the visit was to get exposure to the state of the art software in groundwater sphere and the methodology being practised there in groundwater management and implementation of the water policy. Visited a number of institutions related to groundwater.
- During 2006 headed a group of 19 senior engineers of Karnataka State Water Resources department on a study tour to Thailand, Malaysia and China. The purpose was to provide exposure to the FAO work on modernization of irrigation management.
- On several occasions facilitated and travelled with Minister’s of Agriculture and Water Resources to various countries to provide new insights for their respective work
